  • Wrote, edited, and peer reviewed both customer-facing and internal technical documentation.

  • Content manager for GitLab, our Knowledge Database for all product documentation; imported and formatted existing documentation from Word as well as creating new documents from scratch in the GitLab environment.

  • Built strong cross-functional relationships with subject matter experts in product, data science, onboarding, marketing, etc., to write new and update existing documentation in an agile environment.

  • Updated all documentation to reflect new product UI and new marketing/brand guidelines and created new documentation for two net new product releases.

  • Maintained style guide and reviews all content created by the Education Content team (videos, tutorials, documents, etc.) for consistency.

  • Relaunched Persado's Knowledge Library in Intercom (housing all customer-facing documentation and product release notes) from the ground up and owned/maintained/updated all content.

    • Intercom was originally dormant for a few years before I went in. I cleaned out all outdated content, created a tracker for the new documentation going in, and uploaded/formatted everything. I worked with an analyst in the company to set up Google Analytics and create a plan to drive customer adoption.

  • Created and maintained all Confluence pages for the Education Content team, including a comprehensive catalog of content.

  • Coordinated on-time, on-budget deliveries with freelancers to scale company content (e.g., content translations, infographic creation).

  • Started and led a company-wide book club to promote inclusivity and community.
