A Soldier and a Liar is Now Available!

This was a WHIRLWIND of a week, and I couldn’t be any happier with how everything went. The past few days have easily been some of the most amazing in my life. I feel like I keep saying thank you, but since I have no other words, I’m going to keep saying it. Thank you so, so incredibly much to everyone who made it out to my launch events this weekend, everyone who’s sent me pictures of themselves with my book, everyone who’s sent me messages saying congratulations, everyone who’s gotten excited with me and encouraged me. It’s meant so much to me receiving so much support from family, friends, and strangers alike. Thank you. You all made my dream-come-true the best it could possibly be.

Interview with YA SH3LF

Hi, friends!

Since this is my first blog post, I’ll start off with a little introduction. My name is Caitlin Lochner, and I’m the author of the YA dystopian novel A Soldier and a Liar, coming out next February. I’m a giant nerd currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Central Florida, and before that, I was teaching English in Tokyo for three years. So, onto the main point of this post. I recently did an interview with YA SH3LF that you can check out here if you’re interested! The person who interviewed me was really kind and enthusiastic, and it was a ton of fun doing this with him.
